- We ship to anywhere in the Continental United States using the United States Postal Service or UPS.
- All orders will be shipped out within 3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
Shine Boutique issues Store Credit ONLY for returned merchandise as long as, the items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and the tags are still attached. If the tags have been cut off and pinned or secured back in any way, the item will not be accepted. If you return an item that does not match these criteria, or has makeup or deodorant on it, we will send it back to you.
We check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, however, if you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us the day you receive it. It is the buyers responsibility to contact us immediately if there is a problem when the package is received. If we are notified of a damaged item days after you receive it, we will not be able to take it back.

- Returns must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.
- We give store credit for the original purchase and any applicable sales tax.
- We do not give credit for any shipping costs. The flat shipping rate will be deducted from any Store Credits on items returned that were ordered with free shipping.
